Facing forclosure

Facing foreclosure?

Are you one of those unfortunate people that have received a notice from the bank saying your mortgage payment is late? Maybe you have received more than one?

Life is not always fair, things happen and even people with the best intentions can fall behind. The debt can seem hopeless and sometimes it appears as if there is no end in sight.

Here at C.R.E we want you to know that there are options. Things may not be as bad as they seem, and maybe we can help.

We have worked with others in the same position you are in now. Each situation is different just as every person is different but we have worked with individuals with the following results:

  • We can take over your payments: some people are ready to move on and just want out of the mortgage obligations. We may be able to pay your mortgage up to date and then take it over completely.
  • Purchased a client's home outright: They were able to pay off their mortgage clear off bills and still walk away with some cash in their pockets. They kept their credit record intact and were able to start fresh right away.
  • Temporarily purchase the home while you continue to live there: Some people are facing mortgage problems due to temporary layoff, injury or any number of financially debilitating conditions. We may be able to buy your house for what you owe, rent it back to you while at the same time giving you a contract to purchase it back at a pre determined date. This way you don't have to move, you don’t lose your house and your credit rating is saved.
  • Help arrange for a re-finance or orderly payment: This keeps you owning your own home and gives you the ability to fix your credit problem in a timely manner that will work for you.

There are different answers for different situations and some answers are better than others. The last and worst option is to let the bank actually foreclose on the mortgage and take away your home. Keep in mind that while even bankruptcy may seem like a good option sometimes a foreclosure will stay on your credit rating forever, even after your seven years of bankruptcy history has passed. This can make re-building your credit rating or ever buying another home nearly impossible.

If you think we can help or you would like to find out from us if it is possible please feel free to contact us. There is no obligation to you and nothing is more valuable at this point than information and choices.
