How Does the process work?

It is actually an easy chain of events to take you from where you are now to owning your new home.

1. Fill out our application and get yourself qualified for the program
2. We work together to determine the length of time and down payment required for you to own the home (typical situation is two years)
3. You begin shopping and choose your new home
4. We purchase the house for you
5. You move in and rent the home for the specified time period while those obstacles are being fixed or removed
6. you now qualify to purchase the home from us and take over.
