Although there are various options for potential investors we find that our people fall into one of two categories:

1)     The silent investor: this person has no interest in the particulars of an individual deal as long as their money is secured properly and they receive their return on investment. Although they receive all the required details and security of the deal they are putting their money into they are not actively involved in the day to day aspects of its operation.

2)     The joint venture partner: This person or group is more actively involved. They will become co-owners of a property or group of properties. They do not necessarily have to help manage the deal itself but they will be more active in the decision making process.
